Car Club Christmas Event 2024 

When: Sunday, 15th December 2024
Where: Castlemaine Botanic Gardens

Celebrate the holiday season with us at the beautiful Castlemaine Botanic Gardens for a relaxed and festive gathering.

Event Details

• Pre-Meet Location: BP Calder Park Outbound
• Pre-Meet Time: 9:00 AM (Departure at 9:30 AM)
• Arrive Castlemaine 11:00 AM

We’ll enjoy a scenic drive up the Calder Freeway, detouring through the picturesque Old Calder route via Malmsbury, Taradale, Elphinstone, and historic Chewton before arriving at Castlemaine around 11:00 AM.

What to Expect

• BBQ Lunch: The club will provide a barbecue lunch. Please bring a plate to share.
• Relaxed Atmosphere: The Botanic Gardens offer a serene and family-friendly environment with beautiful walking paths, gardens to explore, and an incredible playground for kids.
• Covered Seating: We’ll aim to secure a table in the covered area, ensuring everyone is comfortable.

This is a casual and enjoyable event, perfect for unwinding and celebrating the end of a fantastic year with fellow club members. We’ll wrap up mid-afternoon.
